Dr. Chris Hunt‘s article, “Halley v McCann: Reflections on the Development of Ontario’s Tort for the Wrongful Disclosure of Private Information,” appears in the current issue of the Canadian Privacy Law Review dedicated to privacy torts.
The article, appearing at (2017) 14 Canadian Privacy Law Review 148, examines recent decisions from Ontario concerning that jurisdiction’s evolving common law privacy tort, and evaluates these cases in light of developments in other parts of Canada and abroad.
