Update, School of Trades and Technology dean search

January 24, 2017

Dear members of the TRU Community,

I am writing to bring you up to date on the progress of the search for the new Dean, School of Trades and Technology and to invite you to attend the scheduled presentations by the candidates.

Listed below are the candidates’ times of their public presentations. If you cannot make it to the presentation, you can watch the live broadcast on TRU’s Livestream channel and engage in the discussion there. In addition, there will be an opportunity for students, faculty, and staff to meet with each candidate on a drop-in basis and these times are listed below.

Once you have had the chance to attend the presentation or meet with the candidate, the committee would welcome and encourage your feedback. The Candidate Feedback Form can be submitted in confidence to Christine Bovis-Cnossen, Provost and Vice-President Academic, CT 322, or by e-mail to lhildebrand@tru.ca no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 2017.

The Candidate Feedback Form, each candidate’s CV and the presentation/drop-in schedule will be uploaded to the Dean of Trades Search Committee Presentations site on OneTRU (network login required) in the “Documents” section.
