Fitness classes continue through June

TRU’s free fitness classes offered through TRU Recreation are continuing through the end of June, with July and August to be determined based on participation and attendance.

Registration is not required, however, classes are on a first come, first serve basis. All classes are held in the Fitness Studio, located in the lower level of the TRU Gym. Classes are subject to change based on instructor availability.

All classes should be taken at your own pace and intensity, and please check with your doctor before beginning any new exercise or exercise program. Par Q forms must be completed by all participants.

Summer schedule

MAY

Monday — May 4, 11, 25
11:40 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. — Circuit
12:40 to 1:20 p.m. — Circuit
4:30 to 5:30 p.m. — Boot Camp

Tuesday — May 5, 12, 19, 26

12:40 to 1:20 p.m. — Stretch and Tone

Wednesday — May 6, 13, 20, 27

Thursday — May 7, 14, 21, 28. Note: Last yoga session will be May 21.
