Digital—Jumpbooks are a way to save money and make your textbooks a lot more portable.
Free e-books—You will need to download the free Adobe Digital Editions software. You will be guided through the steps.
Merchandise & Course Supplies
While in the store or online, check out the range of merchandise the likes of calculators, uniforms, specialty equipment and instruments for courses, TRU clothing, TRU giftware, and TRU WolfPack shirts, hats, and hoodies.

Other textbook options
TRU Library, Kamloops and area public libraries—Sometimes textbooks can be found at either. You will need a library card to take materials away from the building.
Buy with a friend—Sharing the cost can be a good way to go. Make sure to set up in advance, a schedule for when it’s your time with the book or books.
Contact course instructor—Instructors sometimes have names of students looking to sell used books.
Scour the bulletin boards—Many students wanting to sell textbooks post notices on the bulletin boards around campus.
Words of Warning—When buying used, make sure the edition fits with what’s being used in class. An edition or two out of date could cause unnecessary frustration in and outside of class.
